Keying Options
Dedicated to satisfying customers’ needs, Mul-T-Lock offers many convenient and customizable keying options. These options range from traditional to innovative and are designed to offer ease-of-use and full control over locking systems.
The simplest and most common keying option, Keyed Different locking systems, is comprised of multiple cylinders and keys. A single key can only unlock each cylinder and no key can unlock more than one cylinder, affording you maximum access control and security over your assets.
Keyed Alike
The epitome of convenient keying solutions, the Keyed Alike option allows for the operation of multiple doors with just a single key. Several products in a single system can be keyed to the same locking combination, enabling them all to be unlocked using the same key.
Master Key Systems
Master key systems (MKS) are smart, scalable and super- effective keying solutions in which selected keys are configured to open a number of predefined entries, using different types of locking products and efficient planning. The MKS provide organizations with seamless access control and high security protection while economizing on the number of keys in circulation.

Hercular® Deadbolt
Application
High Security grade 1 deadbolt system for commercial and residential doors.
Operation
90˚ key rotation throws the bolt 1" towards the frame, interlocking two hardened ball bearings with the strike to increase jimmying resistance.

Hercular® Deadbolt Captive Key
The Captive Key functions as a hybrid of a Single Cylinder, and Double Cylinder Deadbolt.
The inside part of the Hecular incorporates two cylinders. When the user wants the Hercular to act as a Single Cylinder Deadbolt they will insert a special key with a thumbturn attached to it, into the central cylinder. There is a piece inside which locks the thumbturn into the lock itself. This way it will give the user the safety of being able exit the door without having to search for a key.
When the user would like to convert the Hercular into a Double Cylinder application, they will simply insert their normal key into the other cylinder on the inside portion of the Hercular, turn, and the thumbturn key will be removed. This will make the Hercular into a Double Cylinder Deadbolt, and give the user the security of Double Sided Locking.
